SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

At Pantheraw, we prioritize quality, precision, and controlled production.

Our parts are not mass-produced unnecessarily. Each order undergoes a rigorous process to guarantee a product that meets our standards.

1. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times begin upon payment confirmation.

They include preparation, production, and shipping.

Canada
16 to 21 business days

International (USA, Europe, Australia, and others)
22 to 30 business days

Delivery times are expressed in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Important
These delivery times are estimates. Factors beyond our control may affect delivery: carriers, customs, weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Canada
Orders $0-$124.99 → $19
Orders $125+ → Free Shipping

USA + International
Orders $0-$199.99 → $35
Orders $200+ → $9

3. ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking may take 48-72 hours to become active. This is normal. Your package is in transit.

4. CUSTOMS AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

For orders outside of Canada:

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Pantheraw cannot predict the amount.

In case of payment refusal, the package may be returned or destroyed. No refund will be issued.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and valid address.

If the order has already been shipped:
Reshipping costs will be your responsibility.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Pantheraw is no longer responsible.

We do not cover packages stolen after delivery.

If your package is held up in transit beyond the stated delivery time, please contact us.

We will open an investigation.

7. PANTHERAW PHILOSOPHY

We don't do fast fashion.

We create equipment designed to last, perform, and support your progress.

This sometimes means a longer delivery time.
