RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
At Pantheraw, we apply strict quality control to our clothing. If a product does not meet our standards due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will make it right.
Here is our official return procedure. Please read it carefully before submitting a request.
THE 3-DAY RULE
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you have exactly 3 days (72 hours) from the delivery date (confirmed by the carrier's tracking number) to submit an official claim.
After this 3-day period, the sale is considered final and no claims will be accepted.
THE CLAIM PROCEDURE (STEP BY STEP)
To ensure your request is processed quickly, you must follow these steps carefully:
Visual evidence: Take one (1) or more clear, sharp, and well-lit photos of the specific problem (loose seam, printing error, hole, wrong item). A blurry photo will result in additional delays or the rejection of your claim.
Email: Send an email to contact@pantherawsport.com
Email subject: Write "RETURN - Order # [Your order number]" in the email subject line.
Content: Include a brief description of the problem and attach your photos.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 business hours with further instructions.
RETURN ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS
For an item to be eligible for a replacement or refund, it must meet the following conditions:
New condition: The garment must never have been worn (except for a brief try-on of a few seconds), washed, or altered.
No odors/stains: The garment must be free of any traces of deodorant, makeup, sweat, pet hair, or perfume/smoke odor.
Original tags: If applicable, the item must be returned with its tags and in its original packaging.
If we receive an item that does not meet these conditions, the return will be refused, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED (FINAL SALES)
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
Sizing error on your part: We provide a detailed size guide for each product. It is your responsibility to consult it before purchasing. (Except in cases of pre-approved exceptions by our customer service department).
Buyer's remorse: You changed your mind after placing the order.
Damage caused by you: A garment torn during training, accidentally stained, or damaged while unpacking with scissors.
Failure to follow washing instructions: Shrinkage or damage to the print caused by washing in hot water, excessive drying, or ironing directly on the logo.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
If your claim is approved after reviewing your photos:
We will send you an identical replacement item at no additional cost.
If the item is out of stock (Drop sold out), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer you a Pantheraw gift card of equivalent value.
